Heating

Evergreen has a team of experienced and qualified heating engineers.

Gas & Oil Boilers

Our qualified heating engineers carry out the repair, servicing and installation of gas and oil boilers. Whether it is a like for like replacement, a  new build or a change of fuel, Evergreen can help with the selection and installation of your chosen heat generator.

We can replace like for like or undertake the necessary calculations for a brand new install and specify the best boiler system for your household.

Hot Water Cylinders

Depending on your specific property and personal hot water needs, we can specify and fit the right hot water storage solution for you. Here are a few examples:-

  • A traditional gravity system with either an indirect (water heated by your boiler via a coil) or direct (heated by an immersion element) copper cylinder.
  • A pressurised cylinder, again, indirect or direct. This type of cylinder is great as it delivers hot water at mains pressure and needs no storage tank in your loft.
  • Thermal stores. This is normally installed with multiple sources of heat or on a solid fuel system where you are aiming to harness all the energy created. It can deliver hot water at mains pressure through a heat exchanger plate.

If you would like to find out more or would like to discuss which hot water cylinder would suit you, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Radiator Systems

Evergreen can size and specify a new radiator system to suit your property and personal requirements. Whether this is a whole new system for a new build or extension, getting your existing system back up to its best potential or replacing/updating a radiator. We can also link your radiator system to your underfloor heating system.

Underfloor Heating

We are installers of all Under Floor Heating types. Whether it be a screed, joist or floating floor, Evergreen are expert installers of quality Under Floor Heating systems.

As experienced plumbers and heating engineers we can advise on which system would work best for you and your chosen heat generator. Whether you are heating your home with a biomass, gas or oil boiler (high temperature) or a ground or air source heat pump (low temperature), it is vitally important to specify the right products and materials and use the correct pipe spacings, thermal mass and controls.
Please call to discuss your requirements.
